It’s with a heavy heart that we’re saying goodbye to the entire Alpha Day team. Our little Lilah has been at Alpha Day since she was 18 months old, and she has grown into a bright, kind and confident little girl who is now excited to start primary school. She has loved going to Alpha Day from day one, and seeing her run into her teachers’ arms every morning was a true reflection of the love, care, kindness and dedication shown by the entire team. At Alpha Day, the children don’t just learn phonics, counting and singing. Their social skills, confidence and creativity are nurtured every single day, and it’s clear that each child is encouraged to grow at their own pace. The team also works in true partnership with parents to help every child reach their full potential. As first-time parents, we always felt supported and completely confident leaving Lilah in their care every morning. Thank you all so much for your incredible work, your warmth and your unwavering dedication. We couldn’t have wished for a better start to Lilah’s learning journey.

We just want to thank Alpha day so much for all the love, care and attention they've given to our little boy over the 3 years he spent in your care. You've helped him grown into a kind, caring, confident and curious little boy. He's loved it so much and has felt safe and loved during his time there. He'll miss it so much! WE love the family feel of the nursery, the embrace of all cultures and the wonderful staff who remained so consistent throughout our time.

I would like to begin by expressing my sincere gratitude to everyone at Alpha Day Nursery. You have not only cared for my daughter with such dedication, but you have also supported us as parents and put me completely at ease. The outstanding care you have given to my baby girl means more than words can express, the way you understood her as an individual has truly made her blossom more. You are my village and I will always be truly thankful.

A piece of our heart stays with you. Three unforgettable years. Writing these words is not easy, as they mark the beginning of a farewell that will come this August, when my son walks through those doors for the very last time before starting his big adventure at primary school. Three years ago, I entrusted this nursery with my most precious treasure; today, I look at him and see a confident, curious, and empathetic child, shaped by a rare level of love and dedication. This was never just about "childcare." Over the past three years, the educators and the entire staff have truly held his hand. They listened to his silences, celebrated his uniqueness, and turned every single initial worry into absolute peace of mind for us as parents.

We will forever cherish: The daily welcome: That warm smile at the door every morning that turned drop-offs into a moment of joy, never of anxiety. The patience and sensitivity: An extraordinary ability to guide him toward independence with gentleness, respecting his rhythm and praising every little milestone. A true family environment: A safe haven where we, as a family, always felt heard, understood, and deeply supported. These final months leading up to August will be incredibly emotional. Knowing that my son is ready for primary school fills me with immense pride, but the credit goes above all to you. You have given him the strongest roots and the most beautiful wings to fly. A piece of our heart will always remain within these walls. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making these three years the most perfect start to his journey.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to all the staff for organising such a beautiful graduation ceremony for the children. It was a truly memorable occasion, and every detail reflected the hard work, dedication, and care that went into making the event so special. Watching our daughter celebrate this important milestone was an emotional and joyful experience. The confidence, happiness, and enthusiasm displayed by all the children were a true testament to the nurturing and supportive environment you have created. Thank you for the love, patience, and commitment you have shown throughout her nursery journey. We are incredibly grateful for the positive impact you have had on her growth, learning, and development. The graduation ceremony was a wonderful way to celebrate the children’s achievements and prepare them for the exciting transition to Reception. We will always cherish these precious memories. Thank you once again for making the day so special. Thanks to all the team from my family.

Moving our little boy to Alpha Day was one of the best decisions we could have made. The teachers go above and beyond with all of the children, they really get to know them and understand them, and love them. They’ve been brilliant in getting our little boy ready for school, the curriculum is regularly updated as to how they are doing, and I’ve loved seeing him thrive there. He talks so highly of all the teachers and staff, we couldn’t have asked for better to look after him. The staff just love the children, which is even more apparent when we see them outside of the nursery setting. They take the time to speak to the parents who have any concerns and adapt where needed. My little boy will really miss it here, he’s already excited to pick up his little brother from there when he starts next year. Thank you Alpha Day!

Zachary has developed leaps and bounds at Alpha Day Nursery. The staff have been so supportive and encouraging throughout his time at nursery and showing him such nurturing care. He really has thrived, especially over the last few months and has grown into such a bright, imaginative boy with a unique spark! It's definitely sad to say goodbye to this part of his life but with thanks to Alpha Day he is ready for what comes ahead. Thanks so much to all the lovely staff, and a special thanks to Miss Cynthia who has been such a huge part of Zac's life at nursery and we will miss so much.
